Compete in groups of 4 to 6 on a round robin basis.
Beach Olympics activities include: Volleyball, Soccer, Frisbee Golf, Limbo Dancing, Tug-Of-War, Cricket, Egg and spoon races and Sack Races
Programme length: Full or half day
Fitness level/skill: Suitable for all fitness levels and ages. No skill required.
Specific outcomes: Promotes teamwork, focus, attention to detail, goal orientation and planning.
